Shipping and Deliveries within Australia
Please note that between Christmas and the new year we will not be shipping any online orders. Any orders received during this period will be dispatched once we return in the new year.
Enjoy free shipping within Australia on all orders over $200.
Shipping rate for all orders under $200 is $15.
We have many years of experience in shipping bonsai, so rest assured that your tree will be packaged carefully and securely - ensuring it gets to you healthy and undamaged.
We know you are excited to receive your goods and we always endeavour to get them to you as soon as possible. Orders are commonly fulfilled within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) - and often much faster - from the time the order is received through our site. We typically use Australia Post for orders within Australia.
Delivery times within Australia are subject to Australia Post network terms and conditions. This can be on the next business day, but may take longer depending on your location. If you have any questions regarding your parcel delivery time please contact Australia Post Customer Service on 13 POST (13 7678).
Depending on Australia Post’s Holiday Schedule, there may be a delay on orders shipped during holiday periods. Please check the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au before to placing your order.
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods due to wild weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Chojo’s reasonable control.
Tracking your order
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post. Please note that if you don’t fill out your email address we will not be able to send you a confirmation or tracking number.
If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post outlet.

Shipping to multiple addresses
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Shipping and Deliveries Overseas
We are able to ship all our non-organic products internationally. Unfortunately, our bonsai trees and soil are not able to be shipped overseas at this time.
New Zealand rates
Shipping to New Zealand is FREE for all orders over $350 AUD.
All orders under $350 will be charged a flat rate of $25.
Rates for other countries
International shipping is FREE for all orders over $500 AUD.
All orders under $500 will be charged a flat rate of $45.
Please allow 4-10 business days from the shipment date for all international orders.
Delivery and tracking
All international orders ship via Australia Post's Pack & Track service. Upon shipping, you will receive your tracking number which can be tracked here http://auspost.com.au/track/
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
